Can’t make it? No worries—just let us know before the event starts, and we’ll happily refund your ticket or shift you to another class or gathering.

Once the event has occurred, refunds are no longer available.

If we cancel or there's a cosmic hiccup on our end, you’ll receive a full refund or a rescheduled date—your choice!
📚 Pre-Recorded Classes
These are non-refundable once purchased, unless Spirit (or your situation) calls for a special exception. Reach out, and we’ll review your request with compassion and clarity.
🛍️ Shop Items
If it’s unused and still radiating new energy, you can return it. Once it’s been activated (used), it’s yours to keep.

If a reading can’t happen for any reason, we’ll refund or reschedule—your call.
